Carton Sealing machines are manufactured for reliability and efficiency. Recommended for applications where the same sized cartons are sealed consequently. Designed for throughputs ranging from 10-4- cartons/min. depending on the size of the carton.

- A top and bottom 3-inch running belt for maximum load carrying capacity
- Overlap of tape up to 63 mm
- A blower system to ensure consistent overlapping of tape on the bottom of the carton
- Telescopic legs for bed height adjustment to match conveyor or packing station height, as the case may be
Sequence Of Operations
- The operator folds the top four flaps and inserts the carton into the machine
- The top and bottom belt drive advance the carton through the machine
Tape is applied to the top and bottom center beams with a tape of 2". Tape leg on the leading and trailing ends
